Partnerships
Local Civic Briefing considers collaborations that fit its focus on understanding local civic processes. We keep partner activity distinguishable from independent editorial material and make the relationship clear to readers.
Possible collaborations
We consider relevant sponsorship, clearly identified partner articles and other reader-facing collaborations that support civic understanding. Proposals should explain the organisation or project involved, the intended audience, the proposed material and any interests readers should know about.
Partner placements
We may accept standing partner placements, including labelled links or acknowledgements displayed across the site. Placement is not an editorial endorsement. We do not accept material whose purpose or presentation would make a paid relationship hard to recognise.
Editorial boundaries
Partner support does not determine our independent editorial conclusions or guarantee coverage. We label paid and partner material clearly, review proposals for relevance and transparency, and may decline arrangements that conflict with reader trust.
Make a proposal
Use the Contact page to describe the proposed collaboration, who is involved, what readers would see and whether payment or other support is part of the arrangement. Please include enough context for us to assess fit.
